BY PLACING AN ORDER, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Delivery/Shipping Policy:

We make every effort to fulfill LOCAL ORDERS within (2-3) business days of the date of your order and (3 KD DELIVERY CHARGE).

For INTERNATIONAL ORDERS it will take around (3-7) business days and will cost 10 kd by (DHL). Business day mean Sunday to Thursday, except holidays.

Sizes:

All sizes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Please double check the size chart on our website or garment in the order form, bearing in mind that whilst sizes on size charts often relate to the body size of the wearer, rather than the garment, some size charts may differ.

If you are concerned about sizing, we recommend to take bigger size. Due to the mix of mechanised and human manufacturing, there is some variance in garment sizing between identical products, occasionally up to an inch in each dimension across all manufacturers. Therefore exact sizing cannot be guaranteed, and size charts should be used as a guideline only. 

Refunds:

We do not accept returns or exchanges, unless the item you received is damaged. if you wish to return a damaged item, please follow the procedure below:

After your request has been approved, we will respond back and replace your damaged item with a new one. The product must be received UNWORN and in their original packaging.

International Orders You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping fees.
